If you advise us before you miss your lesson, you qualify for a make up lesson. To advise us of your absence, SMS to 0400072991 or complete an absentee form on our website.
Yes. If you have notified us prior to your absence, please see reception next time you attend and we will arrange a make-up lesson.
We are not a public pool. Only those enrolled in lessons can swim in our pool during their lesson only.
Absolutely. At no charge. It would be appreciated if you come in one car only.
No. We do payments via a monthly direct debit. We don’t do casual classes.
Swimming consists of many difficult skills that need to be fully mastered. Many of our success stories started as very unsure children, who now swim well and love the water. Young swimmers have different commencing standards and learn at differing speeds.
All staff have a minimum Austswim accreditation. Many also hold other qualification, such as Pre school aquatics, Swim Australia Coaching & Surf LifeSaving Qualifications.
Yes. We coach all level of swimmers, through to advanced competitive swimmers.
We engage Aqua Science Consultants, who are recognised as the Leaders in Scientific Water Testing to randomly sample our water on regular occasions throughout the year. We are also tested randomly by our Local Shire. All our results are available at the swimming school for you to see – please take a look. They are excellent.
In 2021 we will have owned Eltham Swim for 40 years!
