Absentee Form
If you or your child is unable to make it to a lesson, please fill out this absentee form. It will reduce any interruption to the rest of the class and greatly assist us with our scheduling. If you are planning a holiday, please provide us with this infomation as early as possible.

We have a mobile set up at the pool just for receiving absences. We can't reply on this number though. We will arrange a make-up lesson when we see you next. The number is 0467 055 975.
